The location was convenient, especially with the smaller mall just across the road.
The room interior seemed old and not well maintained, with dirty curtains. The ceiling tiles had leakage marks. The carpet definitely needed deep cleaning.

The staff provided amazing, kind, and super-friendly service. They prepared for my arrival, sending messages to ensure I wanted everything. I booked an airport pickup. The price was reasonable. The driver waited for me to use the forex exchange facility and grab my phone SIM cards, even exhibiting great patience. The security team, led by Alex, was excellent.
My room seemed a little old.

The staff secured a Grab taxi for me and showed me to the door. The hotel location is convenient. It is only one kilometer from SM Mall of Asia and Arena, returning at night feels safe. The breakfast buffet selection had many choices. I found Ms Grace's warm welcome very charming.
The gym had limited equipment. I found that a bit disappointing!
